Zoho One has two pricing models. The All Employee Plan is $37/user/month (billed annually) but requires all W-2 employees to be licensed — delivering the lowest per-user cost. The Flexible User Plan is $90/user/month and allows you to license only specific users. Both plans include all 45+ apps, all features and all integrations. There are no per-app add-on fees.
